1. What are your teat sizes specifications?
We offer 3 gentle breastfeeding-friendly round-hole teats:
-Stage 0: Extra Slow, 0.6mm (0M+)
-Stage 1: Slow, 0.8mm (3M+)
-Stage 2: Medium, 1mm (6M+)
2. What makes your teat breastfeeding-friendly?
Chuubub teats mimic the mother's nipple in softness, shape, and flow rate.
3. Does the teat have an anti-colic feature?
Yes. Every teat has a built-in air vent system that helps reduce swallowed air
and minimise discomfort from gas.
4. Is your teat compatible with other bottles?
Chuubub teats are designed specifically for our bottles. Compatibility with other
wide-neck bottles may vary and is not guaranteed.
5. How often should I replace the teat?
We recommend replacing the teat every 6–8 weeks or sooner if there are signs of wear, thinning or tearing.

1. How much are your delivery fees?
Free shipping for orders $50 and above. $5 for all other online orders.
2. How long will my delivery take?
Our courier service will deliver within 1-3 working days.
We deliver islandwide, except offshore islands (Jurong Island, Tuas) and
restricted zones (army camps, Changi Airport). A surcharge applies for Sentosa
addresses.
3. Do you deliver on weekends?
We only delivery from Monday-Saturday, 0900-2200. No deliveries on Sunday
and public holidays.
4. What happens if I am not able to receive my parcel on the first
delivery attempt?
If the delivery is unsuccessful, our courier will automatically attempt to
deliver your parcel again on the next working day. We provide up to 2 additional re-delivery attempts at no extra cost.
5. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we do not ship internationally.
